In 2007, Lina began working in the chemical dependency treatment field. Over the years she has held a variety of professional positions including: Executive Assistant, Human Resources Manager and Admissions Director. In her current role, Lina oversees the Utilization Review and Admissions Departments.
Prior to joining The Ranch’s team, Lina graduated in 1995 from The Bradford School in Houston and pursued a career in the Travel and Hospitality field. For several years, Lina managed hotels within the Houston and South Texas areas and enjoyed a number of hands-on responsibilities such as performing room inspections, implementing sales and marketing programs, working in human resources, coordinating corporate group meetings, and assisting in developing the budget.
Lina brings her many professional skills to The Ranch and loves supporting her team members. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and building her outdoor photography skills.

A: In life, sometimes you’re the windshield; sometimes you’re the bug. Also: Don’t worry about tomorrow…
Q: What one word would the people who know you best use to describe you?
Q: What motivated you to choose a career in recovery?
A: It’s more like it chose me. Like Forrest Gump said, “Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re going to get.” By the way, I love chocolate!
I’m grateful to work with a team of people who have a heart to help others. Every day we see clients walk in who have reached their end points and then walk out totally new, ready to take the next steps in their life journeys.
Q: Besides working at The Ranch at Clear Springs, what hobbies, sports, or activities do you enjoy?
A: Travel, photography, and spending time outdoors with loved ones.
Q: Is there a personal fact you might share that would be hard for others to guess about you?
A: I had a job one time working with alpacas. Also, once I won a Karaoke competition at a county fair.
Q: What’s your favorite movie? What’s your favorite book?
A: My favorite movie is “Pride and Prejudice.” My favorite book would be The Bible; there really is an instruction book for life!
